We are Nick and Gabby a husband and wife team based in West London.  We have both worked in the film industry for a number of years – Gabby in Production and Nick in the Camera Department.  

 

In 2008 Nick was one of the first people in the country to invest in the RED Digital Cinema Camera. His company Kinetic Cameras supplies camera equipment to high end commercials, fashion shoots, music videos and even the occasional TV drama and feature film.  

 

The emergence of digital saw many cross overs from the Stills world to Moving Images and vice versa and Nick has worked with acclaimed Photographers such as Elaine Constantine and Rankin. 

 

When our daughter, Reed was born in 2018 we decided to invest in Stills equipment so that we could capture precious images of her growing up. We realised that it’s something we had a real passion for so we decided to launch Kinetic Photographic. 

 

We have our own home photography studio in Acton, West London with a white or black back drop and film quality LED lighting for creative and stylish portraits.

 

In the Studio we shoot "tethered" using Capture One software meaning that the photographs can be checked on a monitor as we shoot.  A process favoured by Commercial and Fashion Photographers.

We also enjoy shooting on location using available light and a long lens to capture natural, artistic interactions between people and their environment.

PRICE

We've kept our pricing very simple, it is £300 for a Studio shoot, which will take approximately 2 hours and includes showing you what we've shot, so that you have the opportunity to select your favourites.

​

From your selection we will edit, re-touch and provide you with your chosen digital images, we aim to get them over to you within 2 weeks.  

 

For an extra cost we can also provide mounted prints.
